"Christmas"
In England, Christmas is on the 25th. The 24th is just another ordinary working day. Any Christmas spirit is confined to Oxford Street, where they try to lure people into shops with all that tinsel and bright lights. In Hyde Park, it’s rather desolate. Instead of snow, there’s only fog; no spruces or fir trees, and instead of people – just an occasional seagull.
It was such a strange Christmas...
