It is just a long exposure of the sea. Horizon at 1/2. Just after sunset. Almost every photographer has tried a shot like this.

But if you look closely, it starts to look like endless plains covered in mist and clouds as evening falls. And there in the distance, where the last light still lingers, you can see the silhouettes of a strange, far-off city...
